ADD Indicator box for Reschedule from Cancel

Admin requests we track & request reschedule for cases that have been cancelled though SSM. Simple fix: Add check box or indicator tab to identify this case as "cancelled" with a request to reschedule. In the current state we can't reach out to the offices thru SSM after the case has been cancelled in cerner. The schedulers MUST either call or email the office in hopes to get the case rescheduled.
