Office Request the duration but don't take into account other time necessities. We schedule on historical average which is drastically different than the requested duration .

Example: Office request they want 150 minutes for the procedure.

Cerner then schedules 250 minutes due to the historical average.

When we schedule it in Cerner the scheduled minutes override the requested minutes. Making investigation difficult.

I suggest they have a requested minutes (filled out by the office) and a Scheduled minutes that is populated by Cerner and not adjustable by anyone.
