Ascension Surgery Scheduling Manager Ideas

We have discovered that when the office edits the Location[Facility] it doesn't alert the original location/ facility of the patient change/cancellation at original location/facility [ex. ST West to ST Midtown]. Once a SSM Request has been processed and the case number & FIN # have been obtained the office SHOULD NOT have the ability to "edit" the location/facility. LOCK the LOCATION/FACILITY

The case should be cancelled and a NEW SSM Request should be submitted for the NEW location/facility.
