We do do everything in the OR, as far as documentation, in military time. Never AM and PM. And, we constantly have offices that choose 12 AM, 1 AM, 2 AM .........they do not take the time to change that next field. And, we know they mean noon, 1300 and 1400 - but, that is something the system blocks as "needs review"....
