Patient identifier in email notifications

When I get emails from surgery scheduler manager notifications it tells me a status and who it was changed by, but that information is useless because it in no way identifies which patient. It doesn't matter who did the status update If I have no idea which patient it was for. If patients could have any type of case# generate when requesting a surgery or when they are confirmed. That would also help when there are any issues, we could give a case# instead of a patients name.

    Michael. We are starting to look into this and better understand more around the information you want to see in the email and how often yall want the notifications. April is leading that on our side and I will have her call you on your idea
