Add a check in button for OR Schedulers for each case

When 100's of cases are being submitted to OR schedulers, we are finding that we are duplicating each others work. Please consider adding a check in button for the OR schedulers to assign themselves to the case to continue working on boarding the case without interference from another OR scheduler. Hence reducing the duplication of work that occurs from not being able to tell who is working on which case.
