Ascension Surgery Scheduling Manager Ideas

Is there a way I can add my direct phone number to my information, I see an option for it but it is grayed out so I can't add a number in. I think it would be very helpful to have that information in because there has been numerous times where someone in the surgery dept. needed to contact me and had to go through the front desk and several prompts to reach me. That was a valuable waste of time and it is an occurrence that happens to often, R1 can't contact me either... IF my direct phone number was listed with my information that would greatly cut down on
