Page selection at top of screen, not just at the bottom

It would be helpful to be able to choose a page from the top of the page, not just at the bottom. You have to scroll all the way to the bottom of the page to change pages, but sometimes I know I want to go at least 2 or 3 pages over or even to the end without scrolling all the way to the bottom.
