Need PAT appointment changes to remain in the request and display on homepage

Per Brittani McCullough: it is incredibly challenging to manage patients' PAT appointments when the appointment times disappear once confirmed, and you do not know when they are. We need the PAT appointments and changes to remain in the request and the final confirmed date/time to be displayed on the homepage with the surgery case date/time

    PAT is printing case details page and having to manage the updates in a book on the printed page. Need a way for SSM to allow for updating and requesting PAT appointments and communicating necessary changes to the OR scheduler that will save.
