"TO FOLLOW" should eliminate choosing a time for a case

just left the OR schedulers office at STR; they are getting word from offices that despite selecting "To Follow", SSM is forcing them to choose a time. Which then creates a revision needed, and it's becoming an issue. I was under the impression that choosing "to follow" negates the time choice.


Can we please delete the mandatory Time selection if an office scheduler clicks "TO FOLLOW"??

    We are updating the surgery request form early in the new year and part of that will include this enhancement that when you click the to follow the requested time box will not be required to be filled out.

    SAME REQUEST from FLPEN-Bay Office Schedulers. This is a huge dissatisfier, and also causes issues when rescheduling cases.
