Would like to not only see the office person's name who sent the request for surgery but also the name of the hospital scheduling stff who posted the surgery on the OR's schedule

If questions come up from a schedule stand point, we don't know which hospital surgery scheduler posted the surgery to ask questions to. I routinely check charts for our MOR and Surg. Center and do not know which hospital scheduler to talk to if I have a question.
