Add some type of sound (ding) when new request is in queue.

The OR schedulers from Founders (Teresa) are requesting some type of sound (ding) to notify the scheduler when a new surgical request has been added to the queue

    The templetes are not pulling up all of the saved. It is there are 2 pages but only the 1st shows. Hitting last of the #2 doesn't do anything.
