Can the Vendor field be changed to NOT REQUIRED?

Some ortho surgeons use a combination of General anesthesia and blocks for postoperative pain management. The free text field is necessary to provide additional information to the Anesthesia providers. The surgeons request either single dose or multi dose blocks.
