The schedulers wanted to be able to quickly find patients they just scheduled. Managers also want to look and see daily workflow numbers.
To see the associates involved in any and all activity on a case helps to solve any issues or questions that might come up from associates or leadership. It really comes down to great documentation and full understanding to make the best and most accurate decisions on each case. Even if this is not possible in the short run, it would be a huge win to have it available in the future as we continue to try to move along this as-fully-as-possible electronic track.
