Hospital schedulers are requesting a way to identify that someone is currently working on scheduling a patient. Suggestions were:
greys on the list when case card is accessed
if a scheduler is already in the case card it would only allow 1 person at a time. give the other person a pop up that states someone is in the card
Agreed - OR Schedulers needs to be identified on the front facing case card. Office schedulers are already identified and in order to work the cases properly, the OR Schedulers should also be identified as an assigned team member to the case.
