The system remembers the last 2 inputs in most fields. Our users have are mistakenly entering int he wrong zip codes due to accidentally selecting one of the last 2 entered.

    This issue is created by the Browser's AutoFill feature.

    To turn off autofill in Chrome, you can:

    1. Open Chrome

    2. Click the three dots in the top right corner

    3. Select Settings

    4. Select Autofill and passwords

    5. Expand the section you want to disable

    6. Toggle off the setting
