ADD Stereotactic Navigation Button

We need a "button" much like the "Robot Procedure" button except it should be for "Stereotactic Navigation" Yes/No. We also need a "Intra Op MRI" Yes/No. These are being left out of the procedure description causing huge time delays on cases.
