Ability to make changes to a cancel case

I don't like that if a surgery is cancelled that you can't make any changes afterwords. On more than one occasion a patient was cancelled on the hospital end is ssm by mistake and there isn't a way for it to look fixed. The hospital was able to put the patient back on and have it show on their end, but the patient would still show cancelled on my end
