Ascension Surgery Scheduling Manager Ideas

- I don't like how when you have a revision, once it's resolved, all the notes go away. When a revision is requested, it should be required to put what the scheduler updates. Sometimes, the only note is an update. Update what? The procedure? Did you add h&p, or did you change the dob?
- It is very frustrating to have to go through the entire chart, to find they changed the status from IP to OP. Sometimes, I just can't figure out what has been changed. Still need some place to exchange notes with the scheduler without it being a "revision".
