Add an OR Scheduler Pull Down to identify them as a team member assigned to Boarding a Case

OR Schedulers need to be identified on the front facing case card. Office schedulers are already identified and in order to work the cases properly, the OR Schedulers should also be identified as an assigned team member to the case. Currently the OR Schedulers are duplicating work not knowing who is working a case. At our site we have three to four separate OR Schedulers and no way to identify who is assigned to board this case.
