We have noticed a delay in Office response time on resolving cases. Many offices are choosing to complete this task once they get multiple cases with revisions. (They have completed the revisions, but are not resolving the case.) This is resulting in an increase of time spent looking for changes that may have been corrected days or even weeks ago. Our productivity is decreasing due to unnecessary steps on SSM trying to figure out what is revised. We feel that something may be overlooked.
