When we place a case on call, it shows what time it lands on the grid in the on call column, making it look like the case has a confirmed time. We need it to say "On Call", then we can revise it or relink it when we are able to give it a time. Attached is example of a case currently on call.

NO STANDARD WAY FOR AN ON CALL CASE TO BE PLACED AS SUCH
Please fix the system so that when the case is placed on call there is no time on the confirmation. Offices are seeing the time and assuming they are confirmed and not looking further down.
