Incorporate MARK AS RESOLVED for office schedulers into the revision request page.

To make the program more intuitive, it would make it easier on the office schedulers once they submit additional information to have the "marked as resolved" on the same page as the revision request.

Possibly change the Submit Revision to Include and Mark As Resolved
