When a surgeon does not complete their charts in a timely manner they are placed on a suspension list, meaning they can not board any outpatient surgeries while on the list. Currently we email a notification and place the boarding on hold until we get the call to take them off the list. I attached a copy of our notification. There is no way to do this currently in SSM or make a note that it's on suspension.
