Remove 30 day Calendar Editing Restriction

When trying to reschedule a surgery that is more than 30 days out currently you have to click "clear selection" and retype in all information to make any changes. When I click on "edit date and time" it will not let you change anything. It is greyed out with a message that states " we can't determine availability more than 30 days in advance. you can still submit a surgery request, but you requested date and time will be subject to OR review. return to surgery request." In Neurosurgery as well as many other specialties we are constantly moving surgeries around due to our patients health needs and changes in their condition. What we schedule for September could be moved to as soon as tomorrow. Is it possible to change or remove these calendar restrictions? It would be nice to just be able to submit changes as needed without having to retype everything back in again.
