Ascension Surgery Scheduling Manager Ideas

I am a surgery scheduler for the hospital and it gets very frustrating when people who aren't truly schedulers in the case and I can't confirm and send it back to the office. I have to wait until they get out when all they should be doing is printing or viewing it. So if there was a button to "kick them out" so that I can do what I need then they can get back into it if they need to. They can be in the case and go to lunch then I'm out of luck until they come back.
