Ascension has a national initiative taking place in regards to the question of history of malignant hyperthermia in relation to anesthesia for surgical patients. Many misses and new misses in relation to this possible anesthesia complication have been identified. Huge patient safety issue. Request is to add for completion when surgical case is being scheduled.
