Need Workman's Comp fields added: Adjuster Name, Company Name, Date of Injury

Idea shared by Sharese Burrell: We are an Ortho practice, and we handle many workman's comp injuries. It would be helpful to have a place to document the workman's comp information independently. Currently, I am documenting it with the surgeon's surgical equipment needs and requests which can get lengthy, so the workman's comp info gets overlooked.

    When workers comp is chosen as the insurance, could the date of injury, company name and adjuster's name and number be mandatory prompts ?
