Ability to click "Next Page" from the top, just like we can do now from the bottom.

Idea by Jensen Nicholaisen: I do not use filters for my cases. I like to see them all, so it would be helpful to have the ability to click the following page from the top of the page and not have to scroll down to the bottom of each page to click to the next page, then scroll to the bottom of that page to click next page, etc.
