Need PAT negotiated date/time to display on case card homepage with surgery date/time

Idea shared by Rena McFerrin: Big problem with the PAT appt not saving the updated date/time details and displaying them on the case card.

>The office scheduler completes the PAT section and inputs PAT appointment details. When they get a revision back from the OR scheduler and finalize confirmation of the PAT date/time, the finalized PAT appt does not display on the case details or case card homepage. When the OR scheduler completes the approval, it wipes everything out and only leaves the office scheduler's initial requested PAT date/time.

On top of that, SSM doesn't save any PAT information or historical events. We have NO record of when the appointment time was scheduled unless I track down the email and print it. We are printing emails to track the PAT appointments for patients.
