Better display of when another user is currently working on a case, or autorefresh the main page.

Myself and 2 colleagues have repeatedly faced the issue where another user is currently working a case in SSM and one of us clicks on it and are not notified that someone is already working on it, causing us to double up on work. I feel if the main page were better refreshed without requiring a manual refresh, or if a case is refreshed once a user is in it, it may alleviate the issue of two users working the same case simultaneously.

    I 100% agree with this request. Today, my co-worker was in a case, I hit "refresh" every few seconds, and at least 6 times, until it notified me she was working in the case. She was nearly done scheduling it - before it indicated she was in it.

    I am 100% behind auto refresh. this is suppose to make the process easier?
