Ascension Surgery Scheduling Manager Ideas

Appointment location too long

The "appointment location" description is too long. (ie: "Ascension Saint Thomas West ST Cardiac"). This could be abbreviated and only have West ST Cardiac , West ST OR, STW Cath, STW Endo, etc. It's just too long and it's annoying for office schedulers.

    We have had this happen repeatedly. The CATH LAB Dr's offices are choosing ST Cardiac instead of STW CATH LAB. I have sent multiple "REVISION REQ" without results. I also had to email the office scheduler to hopefully ensure NO patient is over looked. This will be a BIG problem if we don't address quickly.
