Ascension Surgery Scheduling Manager Ideas

I am a supervisor who sees the case after it is scheduled. I have several physicians on my list but all of their procedures don't pertain to me. Example: GYN and general dr's who also do robotics. I only need to see the robotic cases but I am getting all of theirs because there is no robotics category. I flag my cases after I check them with the blue flag so I know I have already done that one, but is there a way I can red flag the other procedures that aren't mine so I don't keep going back to them. It would be nice to be able to get rid of something on your screen if it doesn't pertain to you also.
