Whenever we cancel a case it notifies our schedulers. We often have to move cases from floor to floor. We do this often. It is upsetting our schedulers because they get an email. We have to send a new case number to them but very often they get the cancellation notice and call us. It's creating more work and worrying them. Please fix this!!
