To redefine surgical excellence by delivering process reliability, top-decile efficiency of surgical care, and a premier experience for both physicians and patients. Our bold goal is to drive elective case growth through an integrated set of support solutions that continuously improve efficiency, access, experience and incentive alignment.
WHEN A OR SCHEDULER CHANGES OR ROOMS ON OUR CASES IS COMES UP AS A CANCELED WARNING. THEN WE CAN NO LONGER REVISE THE SURGERY. IT CONTINUES TO SHOW AS "CANCELED" WHICH THEN CAUSES CHAOS WITHIN MY PROVIDERS AND MYSELF.
Duplicate SSM-I-230 x4 reported
10/22/25 - Lisa Gill, OR scheduler reported this issue for FLJAC Ascension St. Vincent Riverside. Office schedulers panic when she needs to update pref cards. To do this she has to cancel and reschedule the case. Please look into a way to fix this issue so the office does not get notified unless the case is truly a cancellation. lisa.gill2@ascension.org
Had the someone on the Hospital side mistakenly request a case to be cancelled. I have been told that it is fixed on their end and the patient is on the schedule, but it still shows me that the patient is cancelled. If there are any changes that need to be made I can no longer make any revisions.
It would also be nice if we did cancel a patient and later on found a new date to put them on, that we wouldn't have to start from the beginning if everything is the same except for the date of the surgery
