Potential HIPAA violation and only want to see My scheduled cases

Dr. Jaberi posts for 2 practices: one for general surgery and one for breast cases. Theresa only books Dr. Jaberi's breast cases however sees all the general surgery cases as well as receives notifications for both facilities. She wanted to know if this could be filtered down--worried this could be a HIPAA violation
