Report accessible within Case Tracker to measure user metrics and adoption

In addition to the data the Tableau report offers , it would be great to know how many requests are being submitted via Case Tracker vs paper for each provider. This will help us track adoption and know who to reach out to individually.

    April, at this time we have decided to not move forward with this idea. However, we are curating a report outside of SSM that we can share with you.
